Chairman - King Fai Chung
Mr. Chung received his BA degree in Speech and Drama from Oklahoma Baptist University and his Masters degree in Fine Arts from Yale University.  He was Manager of TVB Ltd. and Program Director, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of ATV Ltd. He has also been an honorary lecturer at the graduate level at the University of Hong Kong, a lecturer at the Hong Kong Baptist College, a lecturer in theatrical studies at the School of Continuing Studies of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, an appointed member of the Council of the Performing Arts and Chairman of the Preparatory Committee of the 2nd Chinese Drama Festival (1998 Hong Kong).

Artistic Director - Karley Ng
Karley graduated in 1988 from the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts with a major in directing. He became an active dramatist in the seventies and started his professional career in the early eighties.  He is the founder of Exploration Theatre and has been the Artistic Director since its establishment in 1982.
